While we strive to accommodate changes to bookings whenever possible, please note that the following charges may apply:

Within 30 Days:

A flat fee of £59 will be charged for any cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled booking date.

 

Within 14 days:

A fee of £99 (plus travel costs) will be charged for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled booking date.

 

Within 4 Days:

A fee equivalent to the basic day rate of £299 plus travel costs will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking date.

 

Booking Modifications:

Modifications to your booking (e.g., changing the date or time) must be arranged at least 14 days prior to the scheduled booking date.

Modifications are subject to availability.

 

No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend the booking without prior cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the arranged fee plus any additional charges (e.g., travel expenses, props purchased).

 

In Exceptional Circumstances:In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact me to discuss your situation.

This policy refers to in-person or on-site bookings, tutorials, consultations, and agreed-upon proposals.

It does not extend to telephone conversations.
